B2B Telephone Sales Opportunity in the Hardware Sector!
Are you a proactive, methodical person passionate about consultative sales? If you are strongly results-oriented and have a solid handle on digital tools, we have a key place for you in our internal sales team!
We are looking for a Telephone Sales Executive to manage the complete sales cycle of a wide catalog of hardware products.
Your Main Mission:
Combine the loyalty of the existing customer portfolio (guaranteeing repeat purchases) with active prospecting and attracting new customers in the market.
What you will do:
High Daily Activity: Make an average of 50-60 commercial calls daily for direct sales of products and promotions. The phone is your most important tool!
360° Management: From prospecting (using internal database, LinkedIn, Google Maps, etc.) and arranging visits, to sending quotes, closing sales and post-sales follow-up.
Expert Advice: Provide detailed technical advice and attention on hardware products to resolve questions and generate orders.
Coordination: Keep the database updated and coordinate with logistics to ensure correct order management (logistics is automatic).
Key Skills and Tools:
Proven Experience: Telephone sales and customer service for taking orders.
Technical Knowledge: Solid knowledge of hardware products and terminology.
Platform Management: Mastery of office automation (Excel, use of AI to write emails) and experience with digital platforms.
Valuable (but not exclusive!): Management of SAP (for navigation, prices and stocks), Freshdesk (multichannel communication) and Wrike (task management).
