Route salesman specializing in electrical and hardware materials.

What will be your mission? Execute route sales through active prospecting and development of new clients, focusing on hardware stores, electrical material stores and design stores, ensuring the placement and rotation of electrical products and accessories.

Requirements:
•\ 1 to 2 years verifiable experience in route/field sales.
•\ Technical knowledge in: switches, contacts, multi-contacts, plates and electrical accessories.
•\ Experience serving channels: hardware stores, electrical equipment and design stores.

Essential requirements:
o\ Completed high school diploma (truncated or completed bachelor's degree is a plus).
o\ Valid driver's license.
o\ High capacity for self-management, discipline and total focus on results.
o\ Skills in cold prospecting and opening new clients.
o\ Management of commercial routes and logistics of visits.
o\ 100% availability for field work.

Your key functions:
1.\ Active prospecting of new clients through direct visits.
2.\ Development and loyalty of active client portfolio.
3.\ Presentation and promotion of the portfolio of electrical and design products.
4.\ Praising orders and monitoring until closure.
5.\ Compliance with sales goals and acquisition of new customers.
6.\ Constant reporting of route activities and results.

•\ Base salary: $15,000 to $17,000 per month according to experience
•\ Uncapped commissions: Earn on what you sell!
•\ Job stability: Direct hiring by a consolidated company in the market.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. at 3:00 p.m.
Fixed breaks on Sundays.
