Job Offer: Customer Service Agent (100% remote)
IT IS ESSENTIAL TO SPEAK PERFECT ITALIAN

A consolidated Spanish company in the relaxation products sector (jacuzzis, saunas, swimming pools and hydromassages) is looking to incorporate a Customer Service Agent to manage queries and sales by WhatsApp and email, also by phone. The vacancy is aimed at the Paraguayan market, and 100% remote work.

Main functions
Attend and respond to customer queries via WhatsApp and email. Speak native level Italian.

Manage large volumes of emails using clients such as Outlook or Thunderbird.

Advise clients who consult about our products, in Italian.

Meet response deadlines and maintain high quality of written communication.

Document interactions in the CRM/ERP (Odoo) for tracking and reporting.

Essential requirements
Excellent command of written and spoken ITALIAN: impeccable spelling and fast typing (speed test will be carried out).

Advanced knowledge of Office (Word and Excel).

Experience managing a large number of emails with Outlook, Thunderbird or other email clients.

Availability to work from Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day in the morning (40 hours/week).

Live in Paraguay and have a good internet connection.

Optionally valuable:
Previous experience using Odoo ERP.

Speak Spanish or English at a conversational level to communicate with colleagues (the company is Spanish).

If you don't have experience with Odoo, we offer in-house training to familiarize you with the platform.

We offer
100% remote position, with a commercial contract in which you must invoice us at the end of the month and payment by transfer.

Salary
