Recruitment process for a language academy that seeks to hire an educational advisor for sales by video call:

Requirements:
* Minimum experience of 1 year in areas
* Stable and fast Internet, 30 Mbps minimum.
* Laptop or PC with RAM and camera: minimum 8 GB

Required availability
*Monday to Friday: 1:00 p.m. m. to 9:30 p.m. m., with 1 hour break.
* Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. m. to 1:00 p.m. m., continuous day.
All times correspond to El Salvador time.

* English level B2 at least
* Minimum commitment to stay for 1 year
* Management of digital tools (Google Workspace, video calls).
* Ability to persuade without being aggressive.
* Adaptability to change.
* Ability to work under objectives.

Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed established sales goals and metrics.
* Provide personalized advice to clients through video calls throughout the working day.
* Assess clients' English level and provide feedback.
* Accurately record and report the interactions and results of each consultation.
