Your Key Responsibilities (The Art of Closing the Sale)

Diagnosis and Proposal: Thoroughly understand the client's challenges and present our software and/or outsourcing solutions as the strategic response to their business problems.
Negotiation and Formalization: Lead the sales cycle from first contact to contract signing and initial payment, ensuring a smooth transition to the operations team.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a constant flow of qualified opportunities and report progress accurately.

Compensation Model (Read Carefully!)
This is a 100% results-oriented position:
PROFITS BASED EXCLUSIVELY ON COMMISSION FOR SUCCESSFULLY CLOSED AND PAID SALES.
No fixed base salary or monthly payment is offered. Your income will be the direct result of your effectiveness in closing deals.
The commission percentage will be transparent and will be applied to the total value of the closed contract.
