We are looking for a Seller! (100% Remote Mode)

Are you passionate about sales, are you motivated to achieve and exceed objectives, and do you have a purely commercial profile? We are looking for you to join our team!

We are looking for a persuasive person, with strategic vision and a strong focus on closing E-commerce sales.

Your main challenges will be:
-Design and execute effective sales strategies for digital channels.
-Advise clients applying deep product knowledge.
-Manage and monitor the customer life cycle.
-Meet and exceed the commercial objectives established by the company.

Exclusive Requirements:
-Verifiable experience: More than 2 years in sales roles (excluding E-commerce).
-Tool management: Solid knowledge of CRM (Kommo platform).
-Soft skills: Excellent communication (oral and written) and high persuasiveness.
-Remote Profile: Capacity for self-management, organization, proactivity and having your own equipment (PC and stable internet connection).
What do we especially value? (Desirable):
Previous experience or knowledge in the field of dry construction.
Courses, certifications or training focused on sales and closing techniques.
Contract conditions:
Mode: 100% Remote.
Working hours: Full time.
Remuneration: Fixed salary + attractive commission scheme.
Billing: Availability to bill fees (Monotributo).
