We are looking for a Sr. Salesperson with a strategic focus, high sense of resolution-negotiation and results orientation.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Completed career /Trunca/ Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Logistics, Degree in Marketing, Administration or at the end.
Experience: 3 years in Sales of GPS Satellite Tracking and Fuel Monitoring in cargo transport, and in large fleets of vehicles.
Office and database management
Knowledge in CRM, ERP and Sales Indicators
Availability to travel and have a personal vehicle.
Place of residence: Monterrey

FUNCTIONS
•\ Identify and identify new business opportunities through active prospecting (cold calls, email, social networks, events), networking and references in the cargo transport market.
•\ Investigate, search, filter, manage, manage and monitor segmented databases for prospecting and calculating leads.
•\ Investigate and analyze the needs of companies with large fleets of vehicles to offer personalized solutions.
•\ Carry out presentations and effective demonstrations of our technological solutions
•\ Establish and maintain solid, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor for their technological needs.
•\ Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and continuous support.
•\ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue objectives
•\ Analyze the market and competence to identify new opportunities and trends.
•\ Develop accurate sales forecasts and report progress to management.
•\ Work in close collaboration with marketing, product and technical support teams to guarantee customer success and the alignment of sales efforts.
•\ Share information and best practices with other members of the sales team.
•\ Participate in the training of sales strength (as a mentor or trainer).
