Job Description: MICE industry salesperson (Fairs, Congresses and Exhibitions)

Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate and proactive salesperson with experience in sales of services for B2B events or group hospitality. You will be responsible for identifying, contacting and closing agreements with organizers of conferences, exhibitions and seminars, presenting our solutions as the key tool for the success of their events.
Main Responsibilities
Prospecting: Identify and qualify high quality leads (Event Organizers, DMC's, Associations, etc.) through various sources, such as own databases, professional networks and industry events.
Consultative Sales: Thoroughly understand the needs and challenges of potential clients to offer them the EXGtickets solutions that best suit their specific requirements.
Negotiation and Closing: Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and close sales effectively.
Pipeline Management: Keep the CRM updated with the progress of sales opportunities.
Customer Relationship: Foster long-term relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and facilitate future sales or referrals.
Reports: Present periodic reports on sales progress and goal achievement.
Requirements and Skills
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the B2B events and/or hospitality industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Proactivity and Autonomy: Be a results-oriented person, with initiative and the ability to work independently.
Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate and close agreements.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools. It is not necessary to be an expert, but you do need to have the ability to learn quickly.
Knowledge of the Sector: Interest and understanding of the conference, exhibition and seminar sector.
