Job Description

We are a company specialized in construction verification, construction and supervision, we are looking for personnel for the vacancy of construction verifier for the states of Hidalgo, Veracruz, Jalisco, Guanajuato, Quintana Roo, Yucatán and Querétaro.
The activities to be carried out are the review of the executive project, plans, laboratory tests, permits authorized by the competent authority. Visits to inspect the correct execution of construction work based on current regulations and municipal, state and regional regulations for the homes assigned by Infonavit according to NMX C 442 ONNCCE 2019. Verify the quality of the materials used and workmanship. Identify deviations from the authorized project. Preparation of technical reports on work progress.
Main requirements:
· Degree and professional license in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar (Required).
· Knowledge of construction processes.
· Knowledge of rules and regulations.
· Skills to interpret plans.
· Management of standards applicable to construction processes.
· Experience in preparing construction logs.
· Driving license.
· Availability to move states
· Customer service skills, with a focus on solving problems effectively and professionally.
