Our mission is to align your skills and expectations with the perfect opportunity helping you land your dream job.\nOne of our key clients an international company in iGaming sector is currently seeking a Vip Manager to join their growing team.\nKey Responsibilities:\n Managing a portfolio of VIP clients: retaining, developing and increasing their deposit activity;\n Reactivating inactive players - timely contact, identifying the reasons behind missing deposits and bringing the client back into play;\n Working with high-value clients: building long-term partnership relations and an individual approach to each;\n Identifying client needs and creating personalized offers based on their interests;\n Proactive outreach and cross-selling: presenting product advantages, novelties and bonuses tailored to each client;\n Handling objections and retaining the client at every stage;\n Achieving targets for deposits, Retention Rate and Reactivation Rate;\n Timely and accurate reporting.\nQualification:\n Languages: Advanced English and Spanish\n Experience in sales (direct, active or cross-sell) is a key advantage; a focus on results and revenue matters;\n Experience in client retention and reactivation, and working with VIP or high-value segments;\n Strong communication skills in chats and on calls - the ability to listen, identify customers needs and pain, and hold a natural, genuine conversation;\n Commercial mindset: the ability to see a clients potential and initiate actions that increase their activity;\n Responsibility, self-reliance and a strong focus on results.\nQualification:\n Experience in direct, active or cross selling will be an advantage;\n Experience in chatting/on calls with customers (the ability to communicate intelligently, listen to the needs and pain of customers is a true art that we value highly!);\n Responsibility and focus on results.\nWhat we offer:\n Working schedule: 5/2, working hours are 05:00-14:00 Moscow time;\n Remote work;\n Work in a continuously growing international project;\n Opportunity for rapid horizontal and vertical career growth.",
