We are Latam Doers, a binational BPO firm connecting businesses with talented, bilingual assistants and professionals from Latin America. We are currently seeking a Virtual Assistant with the following skills and experience:
Preferred Qualifications:
* Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
* Background in the finalcial sector (Understanding of financial terms, valuations, etc.)
* Help with formatting business “teasers” and other documents related to business brokerage.
* Providing support with industry research for prospective companies.
* Responding to information requests from associates and partners.
* Support in coordinating meetings.
* Managing Email communication with prospects, strategic partners, clients and associates (Notify when a message requires immediate attention.).
* Create LinkedIn content (using Canva or any other AI assisted tool).
* Tools: Calendly, Canva, LinkedIn, Email clients.
