We are Latam Doers, a binational BPO firm connecting businesses with talented, bilingual assistants and professionals from Latin America. We are currently seeking virtual assistants with the following skills and experience:
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Previous experience as an executive assistant (onsite or virtual is preferred)
+ Previous experience as project manager jr. or entry level (Mandatory)
+ Experience working with US-based companies
+ Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher)
+ Self-driven and able to work independently
+ Results-oriented
Responsibilities:
Administrative:
+ Document and data management
+ Managing invoices and payments
+ Tracking and reporting administrative data
+ Sourcing and following up with vendors
+ Responding to general administrative requests from clients and vendors
Social Media:
+ Keeping social media accounts active and up to date
+ Growing and nurturing social media networks
+ Creating engaging posts
+ Curating relevant content
+ Managing social media campaigns
+ Responding to general inquiries and messages from the client’s network
General Support:
+ Managing client calendars and appointments
+ Assisting with travel planning and logistics
+ Supporting client communications and emails
+ Conducting data research and analysis
