Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions to gather recruiting process requirements.

Configure Workday Recruiting components: job requisition workflows, candidate pipelines, interview and offer processes, and pre-hire onboarding integrations.

Provide expertise on Workday Recruiting best practices, including candidate selection steps, offer letter generation, background check integrations, and reporting/dashboards.

Oversee testing of the recruiting module, validating end-to-end scenarios (requisitions, applications, interviews, offers, hires).

Collaborate with the Core HCM lead to ensure seamless data handoffs and appropriate security setup for recruiters and hiring managers.

Mentor and review work produced by the Recruiting Configuration Analyst.

Required Qualifications / Skills
5+ years of experience with HR recruiting systems, including 3+ years implementing or configuring Workday Recruiting.

Workday Recruiting certification (highly preferred).

Strong understanding of recruiting lifecycle processes and how they are enabled within Workday.

Experience with integrations between Workday Recruiting and external systems (e.g., job boards, background check providers) a plus.",
