Responsibilities
Own end-to-end post-production for high-performing YouTube content, from ingest and assembly through final delivery
Shape compelling narratives through pacing, structure, music, graphics, and sound design to maximize retention and watch time
Collaborate with producers, creators, and stakeholders to refine concepts and translate creative vision into finished edits
Execute precise, efficient workflows across multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
Apply platform-specific editing strategies, trends, and formats optimized for YouTube performance
Incorporate analytics and performance insights to inform editorial decisions and improve future content

Qualifications
