The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide general administrative support, including scheduling, emails, and document organization\nAssist with property management tasks (e.g., coordinating maintenance, managing tenant communications, tracking expenses)\nHandle and follow up on health insurance claims and payments\nPrepare, review, and maintain business and personal paperwork\nManage records and filing systems\nSupport with personal errands and ad hoc tasks as needed\nMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion\nQualifications:\n1+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role in the property management industry.\nStrong experience managing calls, emails and text.\nStrong experience with Calendar and schedule management\nStrong experience with Data entry with high accuracy, File management and digital organization\nProperty management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware, Rent Manager, or similar)\nExperience With Tenant communication and Maintenance coordination with vendors\nNice to have experience with Health insurance claims processing\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nStrong English skills",
