We are looking for a WhatsApp Service Agent to join our team at Anka Sport. If you have an excellent online service attitude, empathy and hospitality, this position is for you.

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers via WhatsApp. If you are a student or looking to generate extra income without neglecting your afternoons, this vacancy will allow you to gain key experience in the digital world and commercial service.

Vacancy benefits:

Main responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer queries via chat and WhatsApp in real time.
- Capture data from new customers (leads) and track the status of their orders.
- Maintain a cordial, empathetic and professional treatment in each conversation.

Requirements to apply:
- Impeccable spelling: Excellent writing and precision when writing (Essential).
- Tools: Basic management of WhatsApp, email and spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel).
- Infrastructure at home: Have your own computer and stable high-speed internet.
- Minimum studies: Baccalaureate (completed or truncated).
- Language: Native Spanish (English is not required).
