Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, customer service-oriented person to provide support to users of our Electronic Billing system.

Main functions:

Attention to user queries through chat.
Resolution of doubts related to the use of the electronic billing system.
Monitoring of incidents and support in solving basic problems.
Escalation of technical cases when appropriate.

Requirements:

Excellent writing and spelling.
Good written expression and communication skills.
Ease of learning computer tools.
Service attitude and customer orientation.
Ability to work in an organized manner and follow up on multiple conversations.

Desirable:

Experience in customer service or technical support.
Basic knowledge of electronic billing, accounting or administrative systems.
