Job Description

Objective:

Generate and maintain company analytics by supporting the Marketing area in collecting, analyzing and organizing data.
This role contributes to the company having reliable statistics that promote as reliable data-driven decision-making as possible.

Functions:
-Identify patterns and trends in large volumes of data under supervision.
-Provide periodic and specific reports for the various areas of the company.
-Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data by analyzing its provenance and methods of estimation.
-Stay current on Business Intelligence tools and technologies.
-Design, implement and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns.
-Analyze and segment customers to improve campaign personalization and maximize conversion.
-Evaluate key metrics such as ROI, CAC, LTV and conversion rates, using data analytics tools.
-Develop predictive models and trend analysis to optimize advertising investment and resource allocation.
-Create automated reports and dashboards for campaign tracking and decision making.
-Run A/B testing to optimize ads, landing pages and capture strategies.
-Manage and optimize campaigns on advertising platforms and automation tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot or others).
-Evaluate the impact of social media campaigns and other digital channels, adjusting strategies according to results.
-Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies based on user behavior data.
-Participate as a speaker in webinars, live, conferences and corporate events.
-Other duties inherent in the role and the needs of the company.
