Company dedicated to the marketing of aluminum, glass and hardware for Latin America is looking to add a Junior International Operations Analyst to its team.

We are looking for an organized, proactive person, with an excellent service attitude, desire to learn and develop professionally in the area of ​​foreign trade and international imports.

Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of international purchase orders.
• Updating order reports and databases.
• Production monitoring with international suppliers.
• Support in coordination of maritime shipments.
• Review and organization of import documentation.
• Monitoring of payments and account statements.
• Communication with clients and suppliers by email.
• Support in the preparation of management reports.
• Seguimiento de fechas de producción, embarque y entrega.
• Support in activities related to foreign trade and international operations.

Requirements:

• Recently graduated professional or with a maximum of 2 years of experience in International Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related careers.
• Intermediate or advanced English (essential).
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent writing and written communication.
• High capacity for organization and monitoring.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Service attitude and customer orientation.
• Proactivity and willingness to learn.
