Job Description

We are an international technology company in full expansion. We are looking for a Functional Analyst with strategic vision and analytical capacity to lead the requirements gathering and roadmap of our product. This role is the critical bridge between business needs and the development team.

Responsibilities:
- Survey and translation of business processes into user stories and impeccable tickets (acceptance criteria, business rules and edge cases)
- Strategic backlog management based on impact, urgency, risk and dependencies
- Daily monitoring of technical progress, coordinating dates and eliminating blockages
- Coordination with the Technical Leader (Laravel/TypeScript/Vue) and DevOps (Azure) to ensure viability of deliveries
- Functional QA: validate that what was built meets the criteria and solves the real problem
- Live documentation of flows, business rules, changes and versions

Essential requirements:
- More than 3 years in similar roles (Product Owner, Functional Analyst, Technical PM or Software Delivery)
- Direct experience with Backend/Frontend development teams in agile environments
- Demonstrable ability to write clear, complete and actionable tickets
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, bugs vs. improvements and deployment cycles
- Fluent Spanish (English desirable for technical reading)
- High performance equipment, stable internet and mandatory UPS

Conditions:

- Schedule: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
