Job Description

-\ Consolidate, clean and structure financial data from multiple markets and business units.
-\ Maintain updated and organized financial databases.
-\ Build and update financial models in Excel under the direction of the Head of Finance (cash flows, projections, scenarios and sensitivities).
-\ Verify consistency of assumptions and present outputs clearly.
-\ Prepare draft management reports and executive presentations for review by the Chief Financial Officer.
-\ Ensure order, precision and visual clarity in all financial documentation.
-\ Follow up on commitments and deliverables agreed with local teams in Peru, the Dominican Republic and other markets.
-\ Maintain an updated record of pending items, dates and status per project.
-\ Carry out market research, benchmarks and compile relevant information for the evaluation of projects and investments.
-\ Prepare comparative tables and synthesis of information to support decision making.
