We are looking for a passionate and customer service-oriented Basic and Legal Verification Analyst to join our work team, who has an excellent command of the Portuguese language!\n\nRequired profile: Technician, Technologist or student of administrative or engineering or related careers, minimum sixth semester, with experience of at least one year in supplier service, customer service, document management and management of third-party registration or control platforms. \n\nKnowledge and skills:\nIntermediate use of office tools, especially Excel and email.\nAdvanced and certified command of the Portuguese language, oral and written, given that attention will be focused mainly on companies (suppliers/customers) in Brazil.\n\nMain functions:\n-Provide attention and support to suppliers through telephone and written channels, resolving concerns about registration, documentation and operation of the platform.\nManage the request, reception, validation and verification of basic and legal documentation on the defined platforms.\n-Monitor supplier registration and renewal processes, including cases that require direct management.\n-Support translations of documents and meetings when required.\n-Manage billing derived from monthly registrations and renewals.\n-Attend to client requirements related to supplier management and provide timely follow-up to their attention.\n-Execute queries and upload checklists for the activation of suppliers.\n-Prepare monthly management and monitoring reports.\n\nWe have for you:\nWork modality: Teleworking\nMonthly payment\nFixed-term contract (With the possibility of Indefinite according to performance)\nBirthday",
