Position profile:
We are looking for a person with certification and command of the English language at level B2 or higher, service-oriented, with communication skills and the ability to effectively manage interaction with clients.
Main functions:
Answer incoming calls, providing timely solutions to customer queries and requirements.
Make outbound calls for follow-up, product offers and service promotion.
Accurately record information about interactions in the system.
Provide basic technical assistance to clients when required.
Comply with established protocols and procedures to guarantee the quality of service.
Work as a team to strengthen the general performance of the area.
Requirements:
English level B2 or higher (certificate).
Effective communication skills and customer orientation.
Organization and information management skills.
Proactive attitude and teamwork.
Working conditions:
