Freelance Commercial Advisor – Northern Zone (Barranquilla)

We are looking for a Freelance Business Advisor with a high focus on results to lead business development in the northern part of the country, preferably based in Barranquilla. This role is aimed at commercial profiles with solid experience in consultative sales, knowledge of the territory and demonstrated ability to generate and close opportunities in the industrial sector, especially in fire protection systems or related industries.

Purpose of the position:
Develop the market in the assigned territory through active prospecting, customer management and business closing, offering tailored solutions that generate value and contribute to the sustained growth of the company.

Requirements:

Training: Technician, technologist or professional in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical), Administration or related careers.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in commercial roles in industrial, security or fire protection sectors.
Knowledge of the market in the northern area and, preferably, an active client portfolio.
Proven experience in prospecting, negotiating and closing sales under a consultative model.
