You will be responsible for:
Address customer inquiries related to billing, claims, installations, coverage, and front-line technical issues.
Report critical cases to the immediate boss.
Comply with customer service procedures and protocols.
Other duties assigned by the immediate boss.
To be a Winner, you need:
Secondary School, Truncated Studies, Technical Graduate and/or University Graduate.
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (filters and dynamic tables).
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
Knowledge of the Discord platform (desirable).
Experience in Customer Service by calls and Crosselling minimum of 6 months (essential).
Withholding experience minimum 6 months (preferred).
Immediate availability to work remotely 8 working hours + 1 hour of refreshment from Monday to Sunday.
General range of 07:00 am - 12:00 am (weekly rotating schedule)
MANDATORY - Headset with USB cable.
