Hard Portfolio Collection Advisor (Remote Work)\n\nJob Description:\nWe are looking for a Hard Portfolio Collection Advisor for remote management, results-oriented and with experience in recovery of overdue debt.\nThe person will be responsible for managing a significant portfolio of clients, monitoring, contacting and recovering debt, mainly from students with pending payments.\n______________\nFunctions:\n\ Manage and recover overdue collection portfolio (hard portfolio).\n\ Make telephone contact and follow up with clients.\n\ Execute debt recovery and negotiation strategies.\n\ Perform database sweep (contactability: clients who respond and do not respond).\n\ Update and organize the database (includes contact search on social networks).\n\ Meet recovery goals monthly.\n______________\nRequirements:\n\ Proven experience in heavy or hard portfolio collection.\n\ Experience working with recovery goals.\n\ Management of difficult clients.\n Management of digital channels.\n\ Experience in the services sector (desirable).\n Knowledge of excel, word (office in general) intermediate, sometimes you have to write letters and the information in excel.\n\ High results orientation, organized and negotiation skills.\n______________\nWorking conditions:\n\ Modality: Remote work (from home), in-person (once or 2 times a month)\n\ Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.\n\ Fixed remuneration: S/ 1,130\n\ Attractive commissions\n\ Initial database provided.",
