At BRM we are growing and we are currently looking for DIGITAL CHANNELS ATTENTION ADVISORS for an important mobile platform company (Marketplace online) dedicated to the trade of imported products from the best brands in the United States and national products that meet the following: \n\nREQUIREMENTS:\nComplete secondary school\nIt is essential to be available to train for 14 days (7 days theory and 7 days OJT) in person at our headquarters in Santiago from Surco or Miraflores\nMinimum experience of 6 months in a Call Center.\nBasic use of computer tools (Office, CRM systems).\n\nWORK SCHEDULE: \nWork from Monday to Sunday in a range from 06:00 am to 09:00 pm (48 hours per week) - Weekly schedule\nResist 1 day a week on a rotating basis\n\nMODALITY: \nAvailability to work REMOTE, it will be requested to manage in person in case of not meeting indicators, connection problems or at the request of management on specific dates.\n\nBENEFITS:\nEntry to full payroll + Legal Benefits.\nBasic salary + variable salary by indicators (Up to S/400.00).\nTraining payment (in the first payroll).\nQuite central offices in Surco (Close to the Train or Metropolitan).\nCareer line and growth opportunities.\nExcellent work environment.\nCorporate agreements.\nAdmission to the payroll from the OJT (8th day of training)\n\n BE PART OF THE BRM FAMILY!",
