PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Promote, position and develop the use of DASA organic fertilizers through technical promotion activities in the field, support for producers and sales in the initial stage, focusing mainly on high-value crops in the region.

REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Education (preferred):

Agricultural Engineer

Agricultural Technician

Agroecology, Agricultural Production, or related careers

Residence area:

Ario de Rosales or nearby municipalities (Tacámbaro, Nuevo Urecho, La Huacana, Taretan, Salvador Escalante, etc.)

MAIN FUNCTIONS

Active promotion of the DASA line of organic fertilizers with producers and distributors.

Development, monitoring and evaluation of demonstration plots.

Technical support in the field for the correct application of products.

Attention to strategic crops in the region:

Avocado

Strawberries

Vegetables

Generation of sales at a beginner level, with support and training.

Basic reports of visits, field progress and results.

Constant tours in assigned agricultural area.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

Basic or intermediate experience in:

Fertilizer Sale

Management of commercial crops

Field work with producers

General knowledge of:

Fertilization

Soil management

Organic or conventional agriculture
