We are a company specialized in market research. We are looking for qualified personnel to fill the Home Office Customer Service position.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Technical studies completed or truncated.
• It is essential to have speed in typing.
• Minimum experience: 6 months in call center, customer service, sales, or operational support.(Desirable).
• Skills: communication, organization, agile typing, ability to follow up and achieve goals.
- Autonomy: low; Executes tasks under supervision and established guidelines.
•Experience using Google Workspace (spreadsheet and drive)(Desirable)
FUNCTIONS:
- Contact, convince and recruit people on different social networks or databases.
- Track active recruits and keep information updated.
- Enter and audit data in internal tools.
- Provide support in information collection
- Execute their functions in accordance with the procedures and times defined by the Coordination.
CONDITIONS:
