Roles and responsibilities:
Serve and advise potential clients through social networks (Facebook, Tik Tok and Instagram), WhatsApp and phone calls, providing detailed information about our tourist packages.
Request reservations to wholesale agencies, hotels, airlines and all other companies with which we have alliances.
Confirmation and updating of reservations made by clients.
Manage and respond to queries quickly and efficiently, through the agency's digital and telephone channels, generating trust and security in clients.
Follow up with potential clients, identifying their needs and offering personalized solutions.
Close sales and achieve established monthly objectives.
Keep customer databases updated.
Know in detail all the tours offered by the agency.
Present weekly or biweekly reports on the month's sales, points for improvement.
