We are looking for a person with a vocation for service, judgment and ambition for growth to join us as a Junior Admissions Advisor.\nWhat are you going to do?\n This is a **candidate orientation and evaluation role**, under an anti-sales methodology (reverse sales): instead of selling the program, your job is to understand if the interested party is a good candidate and guide them through a structured admission process. It is a role with a real commercial component, you have goals and commissions, but the interaction with the prospect is built from advice, not from pressure.\nYour main responsibilities:\nContact candidates (database, referrals and, if you choose, your own network of contacts) to present the program and evaluate if they qualify.\nSchedule and confirm 45-minute admission interviews.\nMeet daily and weekly goals for contact, scheduling and completed admissions.\nReport your daily activity to your direct supervisor.\nCareer line\nWith sustained results, you can advance to managerial and executive positions.
