Job Description

Main functions:
- Contact clients by telephone with pending obligations.
- Negotiate payment alternatives and reach effective agreements.
- Follow up on payment commitments assumed by clients.
- Register in a timely manner the procedures carried out in the system.
- Comply with established productivity and quality indicators.
- Provide friendly, solution-oriented care.
- Contribute to the client's reintegration into the financial system through responsible collection management.

Requirements:
- We are looking for collection advisors (WITH EXPERIENCE IN CALL CENTER BE IT SALES, COLLECTIONS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE)
- Basic use of Microsoft Office.
- Good communication, negotiation skills and results orientation.

Schedule
Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (except operational or end of month).
