Job Description

An important company in the industrial sector is looking for a BackOffice Assistant to join its team.

The objective of the position is to provide attention, monitoring and response to the different requirements of internal and external clients, complying with procedures, deadlines and requirements to ensure correct and timely issuance of documents.

Main functions

Entry of orders and requirements into the SAP system according to established procedures and times, with monitoring and control of requests.

Complete additional information required in documents (HEM, HES, OC, QBLI, texts and business requirements).

Management of electronic portals: review of purchase orders, tenders and offers; information update; creation of accounts and billing in portals.

Monitoring of managed requirements, delivery of responses and confirmations to internal and external clients through email, telephone or platforms.

Monitoring and management of corporate emails and digital channels; referral of requests for attention.

Generation and monitoring of purchase orders to suppliers and commission agents.

Update of reports, presentations, indicators and generation of complaints according to procedure.

Compliance with Security, Integrity and Quality policies, maintaining current training.

Requirements

Mid-level professional technician in administrative areas.

Experience in customer service, BackOffice, billing and credit notes.

Intermediate level command of Excel.

Knowledge and/or previous experience with SAP system (desirable).

Experience in document management and requirements monitoring.",
