OFFER FOR PART-TIME REMOTE WORK - YOU MUST LIVE IN MEDELLIN OR ITS METROPOLITAN AREA (ENVIGADO, SABANETA, ITAGUI, BELLO, LA ESTRELLA) - IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTING AND SOCIAL SECURITY AFFILIATIONS, DO NOT APPLY. 1. Administrative Functions: • Coordinate and monitor purchases of
materials, equipment and supplies required for the works, ensuring timeliness,
price, quality, traceability and agility in management. • Request, receive, review and organize quotes from suppliers. • Support the preparation of project budgets and quotes. • Manage the physical and digital archive of administrative, contractual and accounting documents. • Control and management of inventory of tools and materials. •Prepare and manage internal and external communications (emails, letters, minutes, certificates). 2. Accounting and Financial Functions: • Register and upload purchase invoices, expenses, cash receipts and other accounting documents into the accounting software. •Support the control of payments to suppliers and monitoring of accounts payable. • Support the control of accounts receivable and monitoring of customer payments. • Organize and deliver accounting information to the external accountant when required. 3. Human Talent Functions: • Manage affiliations, retirements and social security news (EPS, ARL, AFP, Compensation Fund). • Prepare and review social security payment forms. •Preparation of payroll including news. • Verify and control the arrival times, attendance and updates of the construction personnel. • Support hiring processes, delivery of documents and control of job folders. • Support the management of occupational medical examinations, height courses and SST documentation, when applicable, have a clear and scheduled expiration date for these and coordinate the update in advance and after coordination. 4. Commercial and Customer Service Functions: •Support commercial management through calls, customer follow-up and registration of opportunities. • Support the preparation and sending of commercial proposals. • Keep the client and project database updated. • Support the preparation of documentation for tenders and commercial alliances. 5. Other Functions: • Support Management in assigned administrative tasks. • Ensure order, confidentiality and correct management of information. • Comply with and support compliance with internal policies, procedures and legal regulations. • Propose improvements in administrative and control processes. WORK SCHEDULE: Part time - 8:00 a.m. m. to 12:30 a.m. m. (Monday to Friday). WORK MODALITY: Teleworking and sometimes in-person, in the latter case transportation will be covered. SALARY: 875,452
