An important company dedicated to the import, distribution and commercialization of chemical, plastic and specialized raw materials for different industrial sectors, is looking for a Purchasing Assistant to support the administrative and operational management of the area, guaranteeing the adequate supply of goods and services required by the organization.

Job profile:
We are looking for an organized, analytical, detail-oriented person with negotiation, follow-up and internal customer service skills, capable of managing purchasing processes and maintaining an appropriate relationship with suppliers.

Academic training:
•\ Technician or Technologist in Foreign Trade.
•\ Students who have completed a minimum of 5 semesters of professional careers such as International Business, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar.

Experience:
•\ Minimum 6 months of experience in purchasing processes, preferably in companies in the industrial sector.
Required knowledge:
•\ Intermediate level Excel management.
•\ Knowledge in purchasing processes, quotations, purchase orders and monitoring suppliers.
•\ Management of official tools.

Main functions:
•\ Request and analyze quotes from providers.
•\ Prepare and follow up on purchase orders.
•\ Keep the provider database updated.
•\ Manage the documentation required for purchasing processes.
•\ Monitoring deliveries and meeting agreed times.
•\ Support the negotiation of commercial conditions with suppliers.
•\ Meet requests from different areas of the company related to supply.
•\ Generate area management reports and reports.

Employment conditions:
•\ Base salary: $1,856,000.
•\ Transportation allowance: $249,095.
•\ Connectivity assistance: $68,300.
•\ Modality: Telework.
•\ Indefinite contract Direct with the company

o\ Lunes to Thursdays: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
o\ Viernes: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
