At the TCC logistics group we are looking for a DIGITATION ASSISTANT for our International Cargo UEN at the TCC Customs Agency, whose main mission will be to prepare and present the import, export, DUTA declarations and other documents necessary for customs agency, complying with the legal requirements, the client and the procedures established by the company.\nRequirements:\nTraining: Technician in foreign trade or related areas\nExperience: 2 to 3 years Senior Digitizer in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Customs Agency\nSalary: $2,306,416 + Meal bonus + Legal benefits.\nTeleworking 100%\nResponsibilities:\n 1. Advances the typing of the customs documents that may apply (initial declaration, correction, legalization, modification, DUTA, SAE, special declarations, manual declarations, etc.), once have instructions, copy of supporting documents; such as invoice, transport document and minimum descriptions, in a correct and standardized manner, in accordance with current regulations, customs procedures, DIAN booklets and other documents necessary for customs agency \n2. Performs the correct creation of the products in the system, according to the instructions received from the Customer Service Analyst \n3. Updates events in real time and uploads documents to the corresponding systems, to guarantee timely customer information and business traceability \n4. Ensures the correct and complete delivery of operation documents and draft customs declarations for technical review and makes adjustments indicated by the reviewer for the acceptance process \n5. It verifies for standard and voluntary advance declarations that they are entered within the terms established by customs legislation, it is obliged to review the traceability of the transport document and send support to the reviewer, in addition it must generate alerts to the Coordinator or Facilitator, Director, SAC Analyst and Customs Liaison Advisor when it finds that the acceptance dates do not comply with current regulations. You must also carry out this verification before requesting release \n6. Compare the information from the inventory query against the transport document and the import declaration before acceptance or selectivity \n7. Confirm with the Liaison Customs Advisor that you have the original supporting documents for the operation before accepting the import declaration or requesting selectivity for advance declarations \n8. Presents customs documents in the computer systems defined by the customs authority, according to the characteristics of the operation and the client (OAS, UTS) \n9. Generate official payment receipts for import declarations that require it \n10. Request selectivity for import declarations, update the operating system and notify the SAC analysts and Customs Advisor Liaison \n11. Notify the Customs Advisor Liaison when the operation leaves for physical or documentary inspection, following up the operation until release, managing corrections or legalizations if necessary",
