The client is located in the United States, so a fluent English level is required.\nHiring: Prestador de Servicios (Se solicitará factura timbrada por el SAT/ RESICO, Persona Física con Actividades Empresariales, etc)\nLabor Days: Mon- Fri from 9 AM to 5 PM PST\nSalary: Up to $25,000 MXN gross\nAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR), youll play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and fueling a strong pipeline of business opportunities that drive revenue growth across multiple industries. Responsibilities include lead generation through market research and sales campaigns. Telephone calls, data entry, appointment setting, and clerical support to the sales team. \nDuties:\nEnter lead lists and individual prospects into information management systems\nMake cold calls to prospective clients to acquire policy expiration dates\nSend cold calls to prospective clients to gather interest levels in insurance\nPrequalify prospective clients with agency client profile criteria\nCrossreference new acquired lead information to update and maintain data in CRM\nSchedule sales and renewal appointments for Producers\nCreate marketing letters and campaigns\nGenerate reports to show sales progress and metrics \nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nExperience cold calling and getting appointments preferred\nKnowledge or experience with a CRM (HubSpot) is preferred\nKnowledge or experience with a Google Workspace & Slack preferred\nAbility to set priorities, work independently and manage workday to meet goals\nPleasant and clear phone voice and excellent phone etiquette\nAbility to close sales appointments and possess a sales mentality\nMaintain cordial and effective relationship with clients, coworkers, carriers, vendors, and other business contacts\nMaintain confidentiality of all client and proprietary information\nUtilize and manage technical products, applications, and passwords\nQualifications:\n1-3 years of experience in commercial Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage (Mandatory)\nFinance-related skills and knowledge\nStrong Customer Service skills\nLicensed to sell insurance in the state of Texas *Not Mandatory*\nExcellent communication in English and interpersonal skills",
