Our leading company in the provision of services with more than 500 employees is looking for new talents with availability to work as:\n\nCALL CENTER TRAINERS\nFUNCTIONS:\n* Train employees on issues related to product, processes and operations.\n* Measure learning through methodology.\n* Coordinate with the sales and operations team, in addition to developing training plans.\nREQUIREMENTS:\n Complete secondary school\n Availability to work REMOTE - Have tools for remote management\n Minimum experience of 6 MONTHS in training, call center field.\nBENEFITS:\n Admission to full payroll with all legal benefits\n Career line\n Educational agreements and corporate discounts\nMODALITY: REMOTE 90% (RESIDE IN LIMA-10% IN-Person)\nFULL TIME:\n Fixed salary S/1200\n Variable: S/ 300\n Hours: 48 hours per week\n Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.\n Rest on Sundays and holidays\nPAID REMOTE TRAINING:\n Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (theory)\nPayment: S/12 per day attended",
