Community Manager / Digital Content Designer\n\nAt Work Excellence we are looking for a Community Manager with a creative profile and knowledge of graphic design, to manage our social networks and develop visual content that strengthens the identity of our brand.\nWe are looking for a proactive, creative and organized person, with the ability to generate proposals, develop attractive content and accompany the digital growth of the brand.\nMain responsibilities:\nDesign graphic pieces for the brand, both for social networks and for others communication channels.\nPlan the content calendar and schedule publications in Meta.\nCreate dynamic content: static designs, reels, stories, videos and animations.\nWrite copy and texts for the different publications.\nManage the digital community, responding to comments, messages and mentions.\nAnalyze campaign metrics and reports to evaluate results and propose improvements in the communication strategy.\nRequirements and knowledge:\nPrevious experience managing social networks of brands or companies.\nManagement of the Adobe package: Photoshop and Illustrator (exclusive).\nKnowledge of Premiere, After Effects or similar tools will be an advantage.\nExperience in editing videos and animations for short digital formats.\nManagement of artificial intelligence tools applied to the creation and editing of content.\nBasic knowledge of digital advertising (Meta Ads) and interpretation of metrics.\nCreativity, organization, autonomy and good communication.\nSocial networks a manage:\nInstagram\nFacebook\nHiring conditions:\nMode: 100% remote.\nDay: Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.\nHiring: Freelance, with monthly subscription.\nEstimated start: December.\nIf you are passionate about design, digital communication and content creation, and you are interested in being part of a project with its own identity, We want to meet you!\nWe look forward to your application!",
