About us

Conline is a Chilean technology platform that helps regulated companies comply with their legal obligations in a simple way: data protection (Law 21,719), prevention of money laundering (UAF), risk management and more. We are in a growth stage and we are looking for the person to drive our generation of commercial opportunities.

The role

You will be the first contact between Conline and its potential clients. Your mission is to open doors: identify, contact and pique the interest of specific target companies, and schedule qualified meetings. In parallel, you will keep the brand's presence alive on social networks.

Think of it as being the \"irrigation system\" of the business: we have the seeds (the ideal product and customers), and you make sure they reach the right people, constantly, so that real opportunities germinate.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and contact (outbound) 80% of the time:

Contact specific target accounts by phone, email and WhatsApp.
Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Register and track each contact and its status in an orderly manner.

Social networks and brand presence 20% of the time:

Manage and publish content on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram to promote the company.
Interact with the audience and follow up on contacts generated by networks.

We are looking for someone who…

Have excellent oral and written communication, and don't be afraid of the phone.
Be autonomous, organized and results-oriented.
Handle LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, email and WhatsApp with ease.
Be consistent and disciplined: success in this role comes from daily persistence.

Desirable (not exclusive)

Previous experience in B2B sales, telemarketing or SDR.
Knowledge or interest in compliance, legal, data protection or technology issues.
Management of CRM tools and creation of content for networks.
