We are looking for a person specialized in copywriting to define, maintain and evolve the brand voice on a rapidly growing platform within the publishing sector. The role combines brand strategy, conversion-driven writing, and data-driven optimization.
Responsibilities:
Develop a consistent tone of voice for the brand across different channels.
Define, maintain and evolve the brand's style and communication guides.
Onboarding of writers and collaborators to ensure consistency in communication.
Write copy for landing pages, lead magnets, email campaigns, newsletters and social networks.
Propose creative ideas to improve traffic conversion.
Analyze copy performance (opens, clicks, conversions) and apply continuous improvements.
Collaborate with content teams such as writers, illustrators, animators and video creators.
Participate in the creation of copy for advertisements, graphic pieces, storyboards and video scripts.
Give clear and constructive feedback on the work of other copywriters and creatives.
Requirements:
Native level of English.
Experience in conversion copywriting in fast-growing startups.
Varied portfolio that includes short and long copy.
Ability to adapt tone to different styles, from creative to technical.
Experience defining and maintaining brand style guides and tone of voice.
Knowledge of the publishing sector or the world of writing (valued).
Experience in email marketing, conversion optimization and A/B testing.
Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
