At Jurispeed we are building a multi-agent workspace for Chilean lawyers. It is not a chatbot, it is a system where multiple specialized AI agents working in parallel, analyze the case from different angles and synthesize a coordinated legal response in seconds. Each agent has access to specific legal knowledge bases and the firm's own documents.

You will be Jurispeed's full-stack developer, working directly with the CEO. There is no engineering team, you have complete technical ownership of the product from day 1.
In the first 07 days, your focus is to inherit the current codebase: understand the AWS cloud-mounted architecture. There is technical architecture documentation and a detailed engineering review waiting for you.
Next, you will lead the development of the multi-agent orchestrator: the system that coordinates specialized agents. This is the competitive differentiator of the product.
Over time, you will be the one who defines AWS architecture decisions, proposes improvements to the stack, and eventually helps hire and onboard the next engineer on the team.
