Software Developer (JR to SR) | By Project | Remote/Flexible*

We are a growing *tech startup* that offers *software consulting to other companies* and is starting to develop *internal SaaS projects*. We are looking for talent willing to grow, learn and work on real projects from the early stages.

*The most important thing:* You don't need formal work experience. We value more your ability, logic, desire to learn and solve problems.

### *What will you do?*

You will participate in different projects both for clients and internal products, which will allow you to work with various technologies and gain practical experience in real scenarios.

Some examples:

* API development (FastAPI recommended)
* Integration with AI APIs (such as GPT or MCP)
* Backend development with databases (MongoDB or PostgreSQL)
* Support and improvement of existing systems
* Participation in SaaS product development from scratch

### *Recommended technologies and knowledge*

(It is not mandatory to master everything, but it adds points)

*Python (FastAPI)
* Artificial intelligence APIs
* MongoDB or PostgreSQL
* Linux (basic/intermediate management)
* Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
* Good development practices

### *Compensation*

* Payment per project
*Approximate range: from the minimum wage in Mexico up to *$3,000 USD per project*
* Payment based on experience, skills, responsibilities assumed and complexity of the project

*Note:* English is *not a mandatory requirement*, but may influence the type of projects assigned and compensation, depending on your skills and responsibilities.
