Motivated, smart and dynamic young woman whose primarily role will be personal and direct sales. This is a multifaceted role involving sales, marketing, promotions, social media, administration and strategic development of a small business. You will also serve as a personal assistant to the owner and will be involved in the collaboration and execution of business ideas.
Requirements:
•\ Must speak good English
•\ Must live in a large city in Colombia
•\ Must have a university education or direct sales experience
•\ Must have strong interpersonal and computer skills with AI utilization
•\ Must own a reliable computer and have internet access at home
•\ Ability to work independently from home
•\ High level of integrity, intelligence, and professionalism
•\ Must be organized, resourceful, and able to excel in all aspects of a business
•\ Strong common sense and ability to make sound decisions
•\ Result-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, and attention to detail
•\ Good, sincere and persuasive communicator orally and in writing
•\ Starting Salary $3.000.000 pesos
