Job Description
We are looking for a person specialized in motion design and creation of video creatives aimed at performance marketing. The position is focused on producing high emotional impact ads that directly contribute to improving key metrics such as CTR, CPA and retention in paid channels.
Responsibilities:
Create video ads with high emotional impact and oriented to marketing results.
Influence key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA and retention through optimized creatives.
Lead the production of motion graphics content for acquisition channels.
Iterate and improve creatives based on performance data and continuous experimentation.
Produce ads for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other paid channels.
Collaborate with the performance team to translate data into creative iterations.
Develop new creative concepts and turn them into testable hypotheses for campaigns.
Research and integrate artificial intelligence tools to optimize production workflows.
Requirements:
More than 1 year of experience in motion design.
Experience creating creatives for performance marketing campaigns on Meta, TikTok or other paid platforms.
Advanced command of Adobe After Effects.
Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or Figma.
Experience using artificial intelligence tools such as GPT, Midjourney, and AI video tools.
