Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the design team and be responsible for the end-to-end design of key platform functionalities. You'll work with cross-functional teams to create intuitive experiences that help customers manage their finances, better understand their information, and adopt new capabilities with ease.
Responsibilities:
Design key platform functionalities from start to finish, such as money movements, policy settings or other strategic areas.
Define the design strategy for your area based on user needs, product strategy and data analysis.
Collaborate with Research and Data teams to establish success metrics and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions.
Design experiences that facilitate the adoption of new features by customers.
Use and improve the company's design system, proposing new components and patterns when necessary.
Incorporate content and localization criteria from the early design phases to offer an experience adapted to different languages, markets and regulatory contexts.
Maintain quality standards through design reviews, documentation, and mentoring other designers.
Collaborate with the Product, Engineering, Analytics and Research teams throughout the development cycle.
Requirements:
Experience designing financial products, data-intensive platforms, or complex business software.
Portfolio that demonstrates a high level of design, strategic thinking and measurable results for the business or users.
Ability to use quantitative data to support design decision making.
Experience collaborating with Research, Analytics, Product and Engineering teams.
Communication skills to present and justify design proposals.
Ability to balance quality, development speed and technical feasibility.
Experience working in environments with ambiguous requirements, defining problems and proposing solutions autonomously.
