We are looking for a person to join a growing team as a Product Designer. The position is aimed at profiles with experience in digital product design who want to participate in the development of functionalities, improve user flows and work on a product focused on experience and usability.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product and development to take functionalities from the first ideas to the final result.
Turn business needs and technical limitations into clear, easy-to-use user experiences.
Create wireframes, prototypes and user flows, fine-tuning them through reviews and feedback during development.
Use data and user feedback to detect problems and improve the product experience.
Work with the existing design system and participate in its maintenance and evolution.
Maintain visual and functional coherence on web and mobile platforms.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX, preferably in SaaS or startup environments.
Portfolio with projects that show the ability to solve real problems through interaction design.
Sufficient level of English to communicate in written and spoken form.
Experience working with Figma and knowledge of the step from design to development.
Experience using design systems and making improvements to them.
Attention to detail, initiative and desire to continue learning within the team.
Valuable:
Experience in Fintech or Regtech products.
