Job Description
We are looking for a UX UI product designer to create simple, clear and attractive experiences on web and mobile. The selected person will work on the design of user interfaces and flows, collaborating with product, engineering and design teams to transform complex problems into functional and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design simple, clear and attractive interactions for web and mobile, adapting experiences between both platforms.
Lead projects from concept to implementation, ensuring coherence between design and development.
Collaborate with product, engineering and design teams to define problems and deliver effective solutions.
Create flows, wireframes, and prototypes to explore and communicate design ideas.
Work with the design system and contribute to its evolution to ensure consistency in the experience.
Present design decisions based on user needs, product context and data.
Iterate designs based on feedback, product objectives and user insights.
Give and receive design feedback constructively.
Requirements:
More than 3 years of experience in product design in digital consumer products or video games.
Portfolio that demonstrates solid UX thinking, quality UI, and design process.
Experience working and contributing to design systems, including tokens and component libraries.
Experience in B2B or enterprise design, especially for users such as teachers or educational institutions.
Knowledge of typography, layout, visual hierarchy and interaction.
Attention to detail in UI states such as inputs, errors, hover and responsive.
Experience with Figma and AI-assisted design tools such as Figma Make or similar.
Communication skills in remote environments.
