Independent brand is looking for a talent that adds value to content creation to fill the position of: CREATIVE VIDEO EDITOR FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS About the project: We are building a personal brand focused on mental health, personal growth, storytelling and high-impact emotional content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook Reels. \nThe content is born from real experiences related to mental health, schizophrenia, personal transformation and human growth. However, our vision goes far beyond simply posting videos. \nWe want to build an authentic, emotional and recognizable personal brand. We are looking for a creative editor who NOT only knows how to cut videos, but someone who understands: \n how to capture attention \n how to maintain retention \n how to generate emotions \n how to create powerful storytelling \n how to build a unique visual identity for social networks. \nWe want content that entertains, connects and leaves an emotional mark.\nRequirements:\n- Experience in editing content for social networks \n- Excellent sense of rhythm and attention \n- Understand how viral videos and trends work\n- Current knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels and internet culture \n- Creativity and visual freshness \n- Ability to create emotional videos without them feeling exaggerated or false\n- Have work tools such as a well-performing computer, stable internet and management and editing package for videos\nWork mode:\n- Remote\nFlexible schedule:\n- Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm\n- Mention that the work will be based mostly on objectives\nBenefits:\n- Base salary of S/1,600\n- Bonus for productivity and performance\n- Pleasant work environment\nFunctions:\n- Edit approximately 25 videos per week (between 1 minute and 1 minute and a half)\n- Create optimized content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook Reels\n- Edit mainly talking head type videos, but also help evolve towards more creative and dynamic formats \n- Add modern and dynamic subtitles \n- Improve narrative rhythm and audience retention \n- Incorporate sounds, images, animations, effects or visual resources that make the content more entertaining and emotional \n- Help occasionally with ideas for hooks, storytelling and viral formats \n- Adapt editing styles according to analytics and results \n- Maintain good organization and punctuality in deliveries",
