We want to add to our team a person capable of opening doors, generating trust, deeply understanding client needs and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.
We are not looking for a traditional seller. We are looking for a professional capable of understanding the client's business and connecting our solutions with their true needs.

Know how to communicate with managers, directors and area leaders.
Understand that selling is listening, diagnosing and proposing solutions.
Be disciplined in following up the trade (don't leave opportunities open).

B2B sales experience (ideal in technology or digital services).
Ability to hold business meetings (virtual and in-person).
Ability to structure value propositions.
Basic management of CRM or commercial monitoring tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
High organization and autonomy.

Specialized digital solutions for entities in the solidarity sector:
Secure and manageable institutional websites
Specialized CRM for cooperatives
Virtual branches
Credit factory (credit process automation)
Messaging services (bulk mail and SMS)
Information security solutions
Cloud Solutions
- Main functions
Prospect new clients (savings and credit cooperatives, employee funds, mutual associations)
Schedule and hold business meetings
Understand customer needs and structure solutions
Prepare commercial proposals (with support from the technical team)
Constantly monitor until closing
Keep the commercial pipeline updated
Accompany the negotiation and closing process
- Conditions and work model
Mode: 100% remote
Income model: Base + closing commissions.
High value sales (recurring medium and long-term contracts).
Consultative business cycles (not quick sales).
Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. m. to 6:00 p.m. m.
Contract: Indefinite term.
Salary: To be agreed according to profile, experience and result of the technical test.
